my daughter can say about the same words.
Apple, Hi, Bye, Ball, Dog, Happy, Cat, Car, Home. . . Purple, Blue (all colours to her is purple or Blue which she can pronounce), ok, Mame, Babee

she only know ma( means mother),hi and bye...

i didnt talk english to her, but my hubby and sis-in-law do.

My cantonese is not so good so we only speak to her in english loooo.And hayley's only 13 months old hee hee.very busy baby in the house.

when ask her lion-she will roar(arrrrrrrrrr)
monkey-she will make eating sound(cos ont he picture the monkey is eating bananas
dog-she will stick her tongue out

我個仔仔13個月大,識得講爸爸,媽媽(有時會叫媽咪),爺爺,街街,打打,曳曳,拜拜,blue, 奶奶, 最鍾意講波波,見到咩圓形既野都叫波波
佢好鍾意食蕉,但未識講banana,每次只會叫"nana"
同埋發覺佢開始認字,宜家俾d英文字母佢睇,佢會識得讀出黎..暫時識 G, O, R..同埋8

Jasmine 就快14個月,識講dad dy, ma, ee, bird, bear, cat, duck and ball, 打打,街街, sometime can say 謝,見到balloon 就話ba bu!

我嵐嵐都只係識講..mum...dad....食"um"um"...同"唔"........jar~但其實我發現好多她都知是什麼，但唔肯講........而且都識聽指令...........不過其實個個小朋友的專長不同~ 而我嵐嵐比較動態..識行間唔中快步走，又爬上爬來......專注了一方..另一方就會忽略d~所以都是唔好擔心咁多~

Goldbabe:slowly la different babies progress differently so its oki that they learn to talk 1st then walk.My girl can walk when she's 10 months but she's those active type....cant sit down for 5 seconds even.

AS for the 2 other ladies's babies regarding talking too......same as above comment but hv to monitor,cos if they dun talk by 2 yrs then hv to see doctor ar,or seek professional help b4 its too late gar

hayley is so great and clever! i should do it to james too. hope to see hayley's speak next time. ask she to teach james then. ppl said girl is faster to learn 'to say' like my nephrew start to say sentense when 3 year old. Now 'too much speaking...'

james new word to say with meaning:

ear (point to ear)
papa (daddy)
happy **not sure he know meaning or not, we seldom said this word to him, now alw speak 'happy, happy...'

ya well actually other than tuesday can meet other days mah.....u know la my timing
worst next time cos need to go work in the office from 9-5pm.......

你地d baby so 勁, 我baby仲未識叫daddy, mammy, 淨係識"打打", "燈", 有聽過佢講"貓","馬",同"bye", 不過再叫佢講就唔講啦. 係咪廣東話好難發音呢, 我有d friend講國語, 佢地d小朋友都好快識得講野.
