It was arrested that the man and woman of a popular singer in Hong Kong concealed and had the hemp in the discount house in Tokyo and Shibuya Ward in the flagrant delict.
Two suspect Kevin Kwan (25) of suspect Jill Vidal (26) of a British nationality and a Canadian nationality was caught concealing and having a small amount of dry hemp in the paper bag in the discount house on the Shibuya Ward road redish black slope around 1:00AM, February 24th as a popular singer in Hong Kong in the act of the violation of Cannabis Control Law.
It became a trouble with the clerk, the shop side notified the police, and the possession of the hemp came to light when two people were shopping in the discount house in Shibuya Ward at midnight of the 24th.
It is said that a vague testimony will be done about the use of the hemp though two people admit having had it for searching for the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department.
It is said that it came to Japan by the sightseeing purpose in the activity of both of two people around Hong Kong and popular singers on February 20.
