no need, no need to use sashimi, just buy those chilled (not frozen one) salmon fillet from Norway, etc.... which is boneless, you can find it from Jusco, Park'N Super Store, etc...

係咪要蒸? OR 可唔可以成片掉落D粥度煲熟?係咪好快熟..? 如果三文魚+瘦肉粥得唔得呢?

yes, really fast cooking, you don't need to steam it, I usually use hot water to drain it twice in order to reduce the excess oil, and put it in mircowave (salmon in hot water) to heat it for around 15 seconds, the meat is almost well done and add it into the hot congee, if you put it in congee to cook, you even don't need to heat it in mircowave

if salmon + pork, I think it is too meaty la, you'd better add other vegetables or egg/tofu/cheese

另外有乜野魚可以整比小朋友食....? ...


鯇魚, 倉魚, 鯖魚, 魚, 黄花, etc......

買一片片壽B的三文魚
1. 蒸熟後用野壓碎
2.用刀切碎, 到粥煲好再放落去, 我而家用呢個方法。

我朋友教我係JUSCO超市買一盒既三文魚柳(冇骨) 去皮蒸熟跟住放落粥仔比BB食, 食前當然要整爛曬, 如覺得非常"醒"可落兩片薑蒸..
