(E-commerce) Customer Service Officer
Salary : $13,000/ month
Responsibilities:
Follow-up and process the orders
Handle customer’s enquiries & complaints, including answering email & phone calls.
Listen and respond to customers’ needs and concerns
Provide feedbacks for in-house system improvements
Requirements:
F.5 or above
Minimum 1 year prior experience preferred
Logical problem solving skill & able to multi-task.
Initiative, patient and self-motivated; good communication skill in collaboration with different people
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
