最近裝了一支 ipcam 行 port forward，小弟電腦知識有限，請各高手爸爸告知如改用 port 443，即是 https 的 port，外聯沒有 ssl 進入時登入資料會否加密，而那些視頻亦會加密嗎？

No.

If the original data stream is not encrypted then it will NOT be automatically encrypted even if you use TCP 443

As usual, I suggest reading the manual of your IP Cam thoroughly to see if there is any related settings.
