u need to ask your bun to go to Phil Consulate for verification first (together with all documents, including new & old contract). After several days, your bun needs to go back to consulate to take the stamped contract.
Then, you or your bun can go to Immigration for visa process. You can book the time through telephone first, otherwise, on-site quota will be full very quickly. Immigration part can be done within one day (assuming you have all documents ready).
It seems that from the website only the WanChai head office will process the application if I live in HK island. am i right?
And for the maid to go to phillipines conslate, finanial proof and address proof are not required, right?

Address proof is not required for consulate. Just the new contract (4 sets), your ID copy, the current contract, her passport.
