My ex-philipino is so "吋". She looks nice. But so moody. If she in good mood, she will clean up the house & teach my kid very well. But during her bad mood.., she ignore most the orders.. Just do her own way. I want to fired her so many time. But sometime, she have her own method to teach my kid. Seems my kids really really learn something.
I know this maid always lie to me.., but on the other way, my kids is under her control, seems she can teach my kid well. She made me hard to make decision.
For me, i will terminate her. I don't like "tell lies", and "moody". Same as my previous maid, she is always moody. I hate this kind of behaviour.
No matter how she can teach the children. It is not the main core of her work. I have my own way to teach my children. I prefer my children to follow my instructionn rather than follow the maid's instruction.
May be she thought your kid listen to her, she has "金牌在手".

You are ur kids' mum. How can you give you right of teaching kids to your maid?
you should teach your kids in your way. Domestic helper is for housework to me.
