Do you mean put the cooked 咸蛋 into the 薑醋?

I did it before. Just do it as same as 薑醋蛋. Leave it in the 薑醋 for 2 days but not longer than a week or it may be too hard to eat. Then u will have the 咸蛋王 likes those in the mooncake.

雞蛋就除shell 先下, 咁咸蛋係咪都係一樣呀, 如果除左, 咁雞蛋同咸蛋難唔難分別架

I think we should take off the shell. I will let u know once I sort out the answer.

It is easy to distingush the egg and salty egg, no worry about this.

Have you prepared the 薑醋? My mum has cooked it. She said it could be kept for 3 mths.

薑我就保左啦, 我尚有20日就到預產期啦,

我記得係到睇過話咸蛋好好味, 但我又搵唔番上次既留言係邊喎

你幾時預產期呀?

My 預產期 is 27 Dec, about 3 weeks later than u.

My mum will look after my elder son from next week. That's why she has prepared the 薑醋 so early.

Do u cook by yourself?
