However, it is empty in your attached PFD file. Please resend.

No need to send sample for our review as we have got it already.

如果你嘅意思係你公司想訂貨而訂貨商之前出嗰張quotation 係空白嘅你希望佢哋再出過張quotation 然後喺聽日之前 confirm張quotation單張單confirm咗之後啲貨送去你公司同埋你哋公司唔需要件貨嘅樣本因為你公司本身已經有嗰件貨嘅話篇文就應該改成:

We regret to inform you that the quotation document in .pdf format that you have sent to us is empty. We would be grateful if you would resend the quotation document to us. Once the quotation document is received, we will confirm our order with you by tomorrow. After order confirmation, please deliver the ordered goods to our office. Besides, we do not need any sample of the product as we have already had one.

即使簡而精但文法用字都用錯的話，會導致意思含糊，就真係有機會表達不到點搞到對方睇吾明甚至笑大人個口，尤其是當對方是外國人嘅時候，英語為母語嗰D西人真係笑你笑到合吾到口。

純粹個人經驗同分享以前喺外國讀書同做嘢共住左7年見到啲老外嘲笑呢類英文嘅情況唔少。有時佢哋睇呢啲Chinglish 中式英語，睇到拗曬頭，完全唔知對方想講乜，要我出手同對方溝通下幫佢哋解決溝通上嘅問題。咁當然，formal 有formal 嘅寫法，informal日有informal嘅寫法。但bottom line真係基本唔好用錯字同文化搞到意思含糊不清、組織凌亂，咁盤生意先可以傾得順順利利兼省時嘛。

if informal English usage is preferred in your case, I'd like to suggest that you rewrite the passage as follows ;) :

Please send us the quotation again as the .pdf file you've previously sent is empty. We will confirm the quotation with you by tomorrow. Please deliver the goods to our office after order confirmation (/the order is confirmed, both gramatically correct and commonly used). We don't need any sample of the product cos we've got it already. Thanks!
