I know my doctor is a "WOLF", he charges a noral saline spray for $100 (which sells at pharmacy $28 only!). Your doctor is good as he writes referral to you for purchasing at pharmacy.
His nurse will ask whether I'll like to buy the medicine by myself or just get there. He's more than willing to give prescription. One time when my son went to see him and he give the usual medicine that I still have at home. I told the nurse I didn't need 1 or 2 of the medicine Dr. gave. The doctor charge only consultation fee that time.
