If you want to know if 後奶 has been expressed, try to use 3 different bottles to collect the milk expressed at the first 5 min, the next 5 min and the last 5 min. You will see that the first 5 min milk is more clear/transparent. The last 5 min milk should be more white. Then you will know whether 後奶 has been expressed.
"囡囡食完人奶好快肚餓" how long can the breast milk satisfied your girl? For my boy, he has expressed milk every 3 hour. Sometimes he might ask for milk when the next meal is not due. Then we will hug him and let him wait. If your baby girl get hungry very soon, might it be the milk volume not enough for her? For your reference, my boy drinks 5 oz per bottle. (But I know some other baby drink only 3 or 4 oz of expressed milk at 6 week old.)
