my friend company want to close their HK legal entiry, however, would like to keep her as the only one staff in HK.
any one know that how can her company paid her the salary by without legal entity in HK ?
how about her HK MPF, and income tax reporting ? can her UK Headquarter paid her salary directly from UK to her in HK ?
any one can share and advise, thanks @
If the HK Legal entity closed, how can it still keep one staff in HK. If the UK Headquarter will pay her salary, it will be registered as on offshore company and it will still need to follow the HK law.
