冬天餵夜奶有什麼經驗, 心得可以分享吓

我BB仲食緊~2次夜奶, 天氣漸涷了, 由被窩跑出來寬衣餵奶似乎好艱鉅. 可否share你們的經驗?? Thanks.

My baby (9.5 months) sleeps with us (we put his bed side by side to ours and I removed one side of the fence of his bed) so I can feed him by lying on the bed so that both of us do not have to get up and leave the bed. :mrgreen:

You can do the same! :wink:

Time flies, my kids are 12 and 10 years old now

就要看你bb 是否已習慣躺餵! 如果已習慣, 大家都在被窩內就唔怕天寒地凍la!! 但記著要分開被, 有時唔怕一萬, 至怕萬一啊!

如bb 倘未習慣, 就真係要辛苦d, 你可先準備一件晨褸在床邊, 著扣扭的睡衣, 咁咪冇咁凍law!

because of the cold weather, sometimes in midnight, eventhough you are lying down to bf, and if you are wearing a button front sleepwear, you will be easily get cold because you will be easily falling into sleep.

so i wear a tee-shirt underneath, and made a cut at both breast area, and add a button front sleepwear outside, so it can keep you warm and you won't be easily get cold.

躺餵係一個非常好的辦法，又唔需要走出暖暖的被窩，BB同媽咪都舒舒服服~~
我依家基本上大部份時間都是躺餵，半夜都一樣，有時真的會餵餵下訓著左，到扎醒時，至發現自己衣衫不整 :mrgreen:
襯依家天氣未真係太凍，練習多D，到冬天時就大派用場啦！

嘩, 真佩服你地咁有耐性, 躺臥式固之然好, 不過我因為好容易瞓著, 所以一定要坐起身餵.
我真係怕凍親, 所以我地特意買一個充油式暖爐, 睡覺時就開. 咁餵夜奶時, 我同bb都吾怕凍親.

actually, when you are lying down and BF, it is easily to make you sleep because of the hormone, it will make mother more comfortable .
so we can easily fall into sleep, but for my experience, i will continous sleep as i don't feel it is dangerous, as we have strong sense that baby is safe or not, and if you are afraid you will fall into baby, you can put a pillow in the middle of your 2 legs. so i can have enough sleep

how old is your baby? i did not burp him after he reached 3 months, and actually it is very safe for BF, because it does not have so much " fung".

我囡囡係今年1月出世,最凍個排, 初初我也不敢躺餵, 一來bb太細, 二來我是新手, 有d擔心整親bb, 我自己就著開胸睡衣, 餵bb時外加外套,背脊就加1個泰式三角cusion頂著, 餵bb時就開床頭暖風機, 再掃風+換片, bb同我都暖d, 當然最凍個幾日(10度左右), 我連油壓式暖爐都開埋!

我上年冬天時因怕凍, 就試o下躺餵, 點知跟住瞓著o左, 冇幫bb抺咀&换片片^^ 而我其實又唔係咁識躺餵, 所以一直都番坐番o係度餵。
我會著T-shirt + 開胸睡衣, 外披一件晨褸, 攝高個枕頭挨背, 坐在床上餵, 再將張綿被圍住咁冚住腰至腳及攪在懷中的bb, 太凍時又有開充油式暖爐, 所以都覺得好warm & OK ^.<

我想問, 開暖爐是一直開住, 還是餵奶時才開? 如果一直開住, 會否很乾燥, 對bb的皮膚不好?

開暖爐最好同時開一部放濕機.
保持空氣濕潤.

冬天餵奶,記得披一張被or披肩.
蓋著肚腹和膝蓋.避免著涼.

要注意不要給BB穿太多衫.因為吃奶運動量很大.
穿太多衫反而會焗病.

多謝各位意見, 我已經準備左:
1. 一件剪穿左既tee (係老公既, 我以前嗰d而家著唔番)
2. 暖風機 + 一樽水 (冇位再放多部放濕機啦)
3. bb睡袋 (我唸住成個袋抱住餵, 咁佢就唔會凍親)

著住睡袋餵會易焗病嗎? 我怕又除又著佢醒番咁我就真係唔駛瞓啦!!

其實最好就係佢快d自動自覺戒夜奶啦!!

if your baby wears too many clothes, there will be distance between him and your breast, so his mouth may not reach your nipple.

also, if you are sleeping with him, you can still bf and sleep at the same time & will not bother your sleep.
no need to push him to skip the night nursing, as it is a good method to maintain your milk supply if you are working mom.
