Job Description:• Responsible for general administrative management;
• Responsible for book-keeping operations;
• Responsible for end to end customer ordering process including shippingof items;
• Responsible for customer and supplier servicing;
• Assist in general store operations and resolve customer’sinquiries with a positive attitude;
• Assist in sales;
• Assist to plan, organize, and execute events;
• Assist in other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Qualification:• Excellent administrative and organizational skills;
• Proficiency in computer skills (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint,Photoshop);
• Well-organized, detail-minded with good communication and interpersonalskills;
• Be able to work independently and under pressure;
• Customer service and store related experience would be advantage;
• Good spoken and written of Cantonese, Mandarin, and English;
• Must be able to work on Saturday;
• Immediate available is preferred.
