菲庸姐姐合約期(剛踏入第四年) 內急要返菲律賓，想星期一飛, 因她的媽媽今日發生嚴重意外，我有何手續要做呢?

better ask the Immigration Department.
My big daughter (Tavy) : 2003-09-24 (3.14 kg)
My second son (Nok Nok) : 2007-07-25 (3.56  kg)

Tks for your reply but she wants to fly on early Monday. I don't have time to ask Immigration Dept.

Is there anyone who has this experience before?

I think they need to go the philipine consulate to apply sth first before they can can, if not, they might not be able to return to HK.

My maid promises to come back one week later. I think the biggest problem is her daughter. Her daughter may not want to let her come back!!! Big headache.

Do I, as employer, need to write a letter to the Immigration?
