全泵 since day 1? i just started 全泵 2 days ago... my baby is 6 weeks and i already pumped every 3-4 hours, only got 100ml from both breasts... and increasingly hard to get that 100ml... is this ok?
But you know... I have 2 kids, if I always breastfeed the younger baby skin-to-skin, I will lose a lot of bonding time between the older and the younger one. Because when I breastfeed the younger one, I always have to do it in my room. But if I bottle feed, I can do it in the living room and so my elder son can come and bond with his sister while I feed the breastmilk on bottles... I am a stay-at-home mum and I often pump when baby is sleeping...
if you keep pumping every 3-4 hours and clear your breasts everytime, the amount won't decrease la... i've been pumping since day one and it's been almost 4 months, i still get close to 40onces a day! way more than what my baby needs.
i've got similar experience. i used to pump every 4 hrs and now every 6 hrs. I still have enough milk for my 8 months old baby
