1-2年想同老公，奶奶，2歲香港生小朋友移民英國，我奶奶陪我老公讀書最後成為bc, 我老公1996年係英國讀書，2010回港至今，佢地當時都有拎bno，英國有物業。因為老公over 18歲唔可以 dependent 咁apply 入奶奶bc, 想問下而家老公可唔可以apply返10 years long residence, 定只可以apply through family visa，我女女又可以點apply, 還定是有其他方案？謝謝(emoji)(emoji)

你D資料有D亂...

而家係你奶奶拎左BC, 反而你老公只有BNO?? 如果佢奶奶係陪你老公讀書拎左BC, 點解你老公當年又申請唔到BC??

1. 只可以apply through family visa

以上LINK, 你老公係唔可以拎到FAMILY VISA-->如用子女申請, 佢超18歲,所以唔得

唯一方法係Apply as an adult coming to be cared for by a relative

你老公 must be outside the UK to apply and need long-term care from a parent, grandchild, brother, sister, son or daughter who is living permanently in the UK.

One of the following must also apply to the relative:

they’re a British citizen
they’ve settled in the UK - for example, they have indefinite leave to remain, settled status or proof of permanent residence
they have refugee status or humanitarian protection in the UK
You must prove all of the following:
- you need long-term care to do everyday personal and household tasks because of illness, disability or your age
- the care you need is not available or affordable in the country you live in
- the person you’ll be joining in the UK will be able to support, accommodate and care for you without claiming public funds for at least 5 years
- you’re 18 or over

唔可以apply返10 years long residence--> 你老公應該好耐冇返過英國, 如果係, 應該申請唔到10 years long residence....而且你老公亦冇方法申請到10年VISA留英國。

所以你老公個CASE, 應該同普通人申請去英國途徑一樣, 佢阿媽未必幫到手

謝謝你，我老公當年嚴麻煩唔攪,因為中間有好多資料要我老公provide, 而我奶奶搵左當地一個鄰居幫佢自己攪左bc，而家後悔都無辦法。

如果係long residence...佢又真係好耐無返，不過有物業收開租，唔住咁樣當唔當有present of residence，或者apply 個study visa, short term 讀下書，咁又行唔行得通呢？

Family visa 我都睇過下，行唔通。

long residence--就短期肯定唔得, 要住滿10年先得...

而家好似普通科..(非醫科) 只能批5年STUDY VISA(過18歲申請)

可以考慮返小朋友大D申請英國讀書, 你地伴讀LOR..(但我冇太研究, 而家好似年年批, 應該留唔到10年咁耐)

最可行去小朋友讀10年寄宿, 小朋友拎BC算LOR

以前如果小朋友入藉, 父母65歲如証明需要人照顧, 都可以申請到的...而家唔知得唔得

有冇20萬鎊..有就諗下TIER 1投資移民? 英國就CUT左... search 下 isle of man 移民..睇下考唔考慮
