I booked ctrip car pick up from Melbourne hotel to Melbourne airport at 5.30am in Feb '19. I tried to confirm one day before at wechat but no reply. Then I sent message to ctrip and they replied that driver would pick up on time. I waited the driver for 15 mins and tried to call him twice on pick up date and no response as well. I decided to take uber and asked refund at ctrip. I personally think that if uber cost is similar to ctrip, then I prefer to call uber.
