HOW TO USE
Apply before a warm shower or bath. Cover arms, legs, and torso with mud and lie down on a towel for 15 minutes. For added benefits, you may choose to lie under a warm towel or near a space heater to encourage blood flow throughout the body. When the mud has dried, after about 15 minutes, rinse it away with warm water. Use on the body only.
