1. 沒有”Please be noted”這種說法
請注意
（X）Please be noted….
（Ｏ）Please note….
2. 一句不能有兩個動詞（we have, need 不能共存, 如果必要need要變pp, 變needed)
3. Appreciate 要小心使用

We would like you to provide an updated status regarding the rebuild PC. Please note that we still have 16 sets of import declarations in progress.
