1.) maybe she's working hard and thinks that a clean floor is very important...
2.) she loves cleaning floor because it's an easy job to use up the time...
----> i found that the maids are very selective on their duties...they are quite smart... as my current maid, she will pick some easy duties to do and always do it on time...e.g. washing garbage cans, cleaning gate, throw recycling waste, ...all those which do not take her more than 15 mins...so,in that way, if i'm not "heart water clear", i will think that she works hard...
----->but...for some harder duties like cleaning windows, changing bed cover, cleaning wardrobes(only once every 4 months), she will never do it unless we ask her(even we ask her, she will pretends that she forgot)....but at the first day she comes, we already showed her a list of all the duties she has to do.....however, she just ignore the harsh ones....
so...your maid, may think that mopping floor is easy,and it's a good way to pretend busy but use less energy?
