I prefer to pick bun with the following features:
1. heavy family burden (e.g. lots of brothers/sisters, children)
2. she is the eldest or second eldest sister
3. late twenties or early thirties
4. married with child
5. U-grad
6. looks nice and friendly
7. preferably with midwifery or nurse training (a bonus)
