If only high blood pressure (within a limited range), 應該有機會可以順產 (better ask your Dr. professional advice)
If high blood pressure + 蛋白尿 + 水腫, touch wood 可能有機會是 Pre-eclampsia (妊娠毒血症)
I had 血壓高 since week 35 (143mg/93mg), week 36 (160mg/ 103mg), week 36 & 3 days (169mg/ 90mg). My Dr advised me to 臥床 since week 35 but my blood pressure still increased and he finally advised me to 開刀 to take out my baby earlier since the baby could not absorb enough nutirents even until week 40 if my blood pressure remained high.
Thus I had operation at week 37 to take out my baby. In the morning of my operation, the nurse helped me to do regular check up, my blood pressure was 179mg/ 103mg and I had 蛋白尿. It was really risky.
Anyway, my case is very extreme. Don't worry. Trust that your doctor will give you the best advice.
My baby is 20 days old la. He is healthy though a little bit low weight. With my love and care, I believe he will be as healthy as others.
I have high blood pressure + 蛋白尿 + 水腫, ie. 妊娠毒血症 for my 1st BB. I had c-section around 37wks, and my BB was only 4.2pound. She have stated in hospital for nearly 3 wks.
My experience was: relax and take more rest. I have a high job pressure during my 1st pregancy.
For my 2nd BB, I have taken more rest and relax more. She is 7.3 pound and now 2.5 mth already.
Anyway, my 1 st girl has become a Fat Fat girl now!
I have the samiliar experience as you. Actually my due date should be today (Nov 26) but I had c-section 3 weeks ago. My baby is also a low weight BB (only 2.11KG). It's hard to describe the feeling when I first saw him.
Fortunately he is healthy and his weight increases gradually from day to day.
Did your blood pressure drop to normal after the birth of you baby? My blood pressure is still high and my doctor said it would take 1- 2 months for my blood presssure to drop to normal.
