I am not living there, but I am living in Aberdeen for long. It is quite close to the big road, so may be quite noisy. Also, I know that it is just next to the cemetry, if you don't mind. Why don't you go there any take a visit. For kids, may be South Horizons is better.
By the way, did you like Canossa hospital? How much did you pay for the final bill? I am pregnant and expect to deliver in the middle of next year.
