P-2.8% Mortgage rate, 1.5% cash rate with no penalty period

Hi

我想我不需介紹大家也知我是誰. 在上幾次我介紹D Bank offer, 大家反應十分熱烈, 小弟十分多謝各位.

而現在D Bank offer重勁, 請睇以下詳情:-

1) 關於申請全期P-2.775 to P.2.8%Mortgage Plan詳情如下:-

a) 也是必須委托指定律師行做及有律師行的referral application form;
b) 款额如多於$1 million可有1.5%cash rebate, 如少於$1 million也有1.3% to 1.45%cash rebate. 此外也可做MIP 95% Mortgage, 而rate也一樣, ; 及
c) no 罰息期 la.

2) 關於申請8.3% 借款额嘅現金回贈Mortgage Plan詳情如下:-
a) 也是必須委托指定律師行做及有律師行的referral application form;
b) 頭3年P rate, 之後全期P-2.775% to P-2.8%, 但有貸款額現金回贈高達8% to 8.3%, 可做7成or95% MIP的.
c) no 罰息期 la.

how to gain this special rate in D Bank?

I have a Loan $720,000.- in Bank and $230,000.- in Goverment Loan.

Is this special rate apply in Government Loan?

Pls give your suggestion to me.

想問我欠銀行約65萬, 欠自置居所25萬, 樓值60萬.
即係負資產30萬, 可唔可以轉按.

I don't believe that there is cash rebate but no penalty period. The bank will lose money if the borrower repay the loan shortly after draw down.

我問過東亞, dbs 同渣打, 都有咁o既 offer 呀! 有d cash rebate仲可以高d o忝! (我借200萬同按8成, o係呢幾間銀行都冇saving).

DBS offer P-2.725% and 1.5% rebate
(I borrow 720,000.-) 8 1/2year period
but 3 years contract.

The staff also say if i sold the house in future
during contract period and i need to continue the loan
in DBS on new house. Then i no need have to pay penalty. if not, i will pay penalty.

Dear ALl, do you know this mortage plan OK or not?

Besides, prime rate mortgage rate format. Is there any bank offering HIBOR+ service charge for calculations.? Since hot money pouring into HK, the HIBOR is almost touch the bottom line/history record.
