help!求工人職責表! Thank you!!
唉，今晚同工人終於爆，話說今晚我哋去朋友屋企party, 出門口前問我可否不要去，我同老公對望，隻眼都得凸一凸，佢竟然咁樣開口問，我話要你幫手喎，佢話唔想去，我話要照顧小朋友（Even my kid 6)，她又話contract上是否一定要去。之後，老公攞完車返到嚟佢再問我老公，我老公問我，我話需要去，並說「乜工作有得揀嘅咩？」。之後我老公爆佢，我們有攤牌，數她最近的不好地方。
Please 有冇工人職責表? Agent gave me one but want to double check cuz this maid been with us 6 years .... getting worse. 如果之後要他按本子辦事, 定係我應該點樣做? 費事比工人又抽後腳她似乎想全部按contract.
甘好呀，我要每早佢7am 起床，跟返 daily weekly bi-weekly monthly time table!!
I even said she has free time to nap and “play”cell phone, didn’t she feel satisfied and high work load !! She told me her friends also have time. When we requested to clean the few dishes when she back from holidays on Sunday which she used to do since 1st day here and we set so. Also, she not supposed to take Sunday holidays since 1st contract, but these 2 years we let her, so likely she met friends, those bad maids teach her the way obviously!!!
What should I do and say? I don’t think I shall fire her, I’d rather she resign if she doenst feel like to work with us. We both work and kid goes primary school !!!
