u can try to put on the Cetaphil cream or Aveeno's moisturizing cream on yr bbs after bath and whenever it's needed.

don't worry abt yr bb's screaming. i also used to worry a little bit, cos my m-i-l said that might be abnormal. actually it'll be improved after he can talk. now that's the only way he can express himself since he cannot speak it out.

I apply Aveeno Baby-Daily Moisture Lotion all over my baby son's body after bath at night and one time in the morning ever since he was born. He is almost 9 mos. old and his skin is much softer than my daughter's when she was a baby.
From my friends' & my own experiences, baby screams or cries in the middle of sleep at night is because he/she got too excited/scared during the day.
