My tenant request me to deduct his rent by 10% after 7 months. He said he is un-employed. What can I do?
1) refuse and sue him if he is not paying the rent
2) deduct the rent and then wait until 1 year and then ask him to leave

He is a boss of a HR agency, he said he left his job right now. If I deduct his rent, do I need to write a letter to confirm this agreement or just verbal?
