Job Responsibilities

- Assist in daily office administration duties & data entry

- Coordinate & follow up accounting operations with various clients.

- Liaise with external auditors for audit and tax matters.

- Handle ad-hoc duties as as signed and reports upon request


Job Requirements

1. F.7 or Diploma or above in accountancy

2. Minimum 1-2-year relevant bookkeeping or clerical experience or in handling full sets of accounts.

3. Able to work under pressure, Detail-minded, independent, sense of responsibility and good interpersonal skill.

4. Proficient in MS office (word, excel), Chinese Word Processing

5. Experience in Taxation service & SME’s accounting is an advantage.

6. Good command of English and Cantonese.

7. Immediate available is highly preferred.


Working Hour: 9.00am – 6.00pm (Monday to Friday)

9.30am – 1.30pm (Alternate Saturday Off)

Annual Leave: 12 working days

Public Holiday


Salary up to 13k
