Job Duties:
- Provide clerical and administrative support, directly report to Director and perform ad-hoc administrative duties
- Follow up service order and daily operation works
- Assist to CR process and assist to new company formation and documents submission
-Maintenance, updating and filing of company statutory records
- Occasionally field operation as required
- Handles client inquiries & provide supports
Requirements:
- Diploma or above
- Minimum 2 years sales admin working experience
- Good Command of Spoken & Written English and Chinese
- Hard working and willing to work under pressure
- Strong work ethic, good communication skills excellent attitude, well organized, attentive to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, cloud base platform
- Chinese word processing 25/wpm or above
Annual Leave: 12 working days
Working hour: 9am - 6pm
Work Area: Lai Chi Kok, Kowloon
Monthly Salary: HK$12000 - HK$15000
