我上次小產完, 2 weeks after that, i started to do some stretching exercises.... then 1mth after 小產, i began to do "sit up" (don't do that when u have M come)... at first 5 per day, then gradually increase to 20 per day... 1 and a half mth after 小產, i began swimming... at least twice per week... each time more than 30 mins... 我自己覺得swimming is very useful... keep my body slim & i'm healthier now...
some ppl say that swimming will increase your chance of having a healthy pregnancy! :lol:
