It is hot in Singapore all year round. Always summer. However, in my opinion, it's hot is not like that in HKG. There is wind and it will become a little bit cool after sunset. We sometimes do not need to turn on air-con when go to bed. Electric fan is fine enough.
Moreover, I think it is cooler in December and January as there are more rainy days.
