The .... has been working normally until yesterday when it started to have problems. I do not know why this happened.

The [machine name] has been under normal usage, it started exhibiting [xxxxxxx problem] since dd-MMM-yyyy

it's much better to describe the problem as detail as possible, instead of using ambiguous terms like "unknown problem".
