今晚氣炸鍋焗雞扒,買已經醃好嘅。蘆筍炒蝦仁,嫩蘆筍使唔使批皮, 蝦仁冰鮮一袋用胡椒麻油略醃,我諗前後應該十零二十分鐘搞掂。
