Your company had better inform all of your customers/ business partners to be aware of this false email, as the thief may have your email contact list already
In order to save a 1-2 hour wait in a police station, report the crime online in the HK Police website and upload the caped photo of the email as evidence. Leave a phone number in case the police wants to contact you.
Unless it involves a lot of money, the police will not do anything as there is enough crime in HK to take care of
