我記得係喺Balance sheet出現咋，係啲assets部分，因為我已經係三十幾近四十年之前讀，唔係太記得

Trademarks 應該入 intangible assets (Non-current assets)

Application fees, depends on nature and amounts, can be professional charges and/or sundry expenses

開咩a/c入？

Fixed Assets 在B/S是一個大類，下面可細分為各細類……，intangible assets 都係一個大類，下面可直接入Trademark，甚至可專門開隻Account叫乜嘢Trademark就得，在B/S 歸類為intangible assets， Trademark要做 amortisation，做amortisation 先至係學問，又要考慮useful life 及 impairment …，唔識可以同auditor 傾傾。

資料欠奉，難以決定最正確做法

簡單來說，1）公司業務展望以及2）Trademark持久性，兩者均對會計上有不同處理方法
