If u don't pay any $$ to agent, better to change another one la. SINCE it still hv many choices from now on, no need to rush but make sure the maid can help u & hv confident on her. U will hv a new born child in Oct, if u hire a new maid whom may come about end Aug. U still pay effort to educate her & show her what to do especially once the baby born, time is limit but hire one to train-up 2 mths to ensure how to care ur little child now & later she will have time to follow how to care the new born baby. For my suggestion, u can hire one to hv exp to care new born baby first, otherwise u can't hv more confident to care baby once u gone out for learning at night.
