- Club house facilites is very good, especially if you have kids.
- mgt is good. SHK property
- location and transport is ok. 1 minute to Cityone MTR
- but the house is quite small. Good enough for 2-3 persons.
Tks for your comment, how did u feel which side of view is better?
As 2 aduit and 1 child (2 years old), is it good enough?
Did u know any flat for rent?
How much for the 管理費?

I lived there from year 2002 to 2005.
I like Prima Villa very much. The security system and security guards are very good. My flat was in Block 1 and face to PWH (South). It was very windy in summer and warm in winter. However, it only has 2 bedrooms. We move out because we want to have a bigger house. If it has 3-bedroom unit, we'd continue to live there.
