i have another recipe :
1) six cucumbers (small one is better)
2) salt
3) sesame oil
4) sugar
5) ginger juice
1) slice cucumber
2) put 1 teaspoon salt and stir, rest for 1 - 2 hours
3) drain away the water and add ginger juice, sugar, and sesame oil to taste, depends on how you like.
my younger daughter made this on saturday afternoon by herself; and finish all by sunday night already.
