dear all,

my family and me want to move in tuen mun soon. my son will go to tuen mun primary school next year. my husband goes to work to kwoloon or hong kong island. we don't have car but we have 2 cats.

we prefer to find around 700' spacious flat or village house, and we likes the safe,clean and silent place. the budget around $1500000.

please give me some advice. tuen mun is a large land! many thanks!

You may consider Hanford Garden. It is the LRT terminal (Sam Shing) and has a bus station downstair. You can walk to the beach nearby and the environment is quite comfortable. And there are a variety of flat sizes that can meet your budget.

麒麟豪園is good, but not many supply in the 2nd hand market and is expensive.
you may consider village house around 小坑村.

I live there, and work in tai koo shing.

It's good for ppl who have pet and enjoy the nature life.

Lower price and no management fee that you can own the car for weekend travel.

不過好少放盤...近期放盤都好快賣左...
仲要係得1樓o既放盤...
我都好想買2樓連天台...大約200萬...我都等緊人放盤...

How about "Botania Villa" (綠怡居) in Lam Tei. You can take MTR to Tsim Sha Tsui East from next month, take shuttle but to Tuen Mun Town or Yuen Long.

The management is very good, management office are very polite, no stranger can visit without permission, silience, clean, good air. Most of the people living here are working in the office, so they are very nice. For 2 bedrooms at about 1,100,000 up, at 594 to 620 sq. ft., but the actual size is 530 sq.ft. up, more then 83%.
