I haven't heard about this agent. When selecting agent, it's better to go one that is recommended by your friends/relative who has used them before. Good comment from others is v.important.
How much of their agency fees? And what's your commet of their service? My friend also recommend this agency to me, but I want to ask somebody else to take their opinion.

Agency fee around $3000 & service is average. I'm just renewing my maid for the 3rd contract. One of my friends also used this agency, her bun bun home sick & has been fired. I thought that employ maid is only by chance to see how lucky you are.
I had a very bad experience with them.
In Mar, I went there and had started the employment process. Having selected an Indonesian maid and paid them with $1,000 deposit, they promised that the maid would be available in early June. However, the fact was if you didn't call them and followed closely, there was no progress. No matter, how hard you urge them, they won't take any action. (Eventhough, i've told them that I need the maid urgently)
At that time, I had to write a fax to the Immigration Dept myself. I had to follow my case closely with the Immigration Dept myself.
In late June, they called me that the maid would come. Three days later, they said that there was some problem with the maid's passport. Then there's no news again!!
TWO weeks later, (after urging them for thousands time), they told me not to wait for that maid and advised me to employ the maid in HK.
I had no choice but to select some of the available maids for interview. But when I went to their office for interview, there is no interviewees shown up. They had lots of unreasonable excuses. Finally, they just casually picked two whom are the walk-in maids for interview.
I've wasted more than three months time but with no one to employ.
The attitudes of the staff is also poor. They are not professional enough to handle cases.
i used Central one 4 yrs ago as referred by my friend, the fee is relatively expensive but the service is really gd. I told them our requirement and they only called back when finding someone really fits our requirement, and have not asked any deposit right before that.
At that time, i also used tried another agency which always advertised on Cable TV. I have to go thro the files by myself and need to pay deposit while 'identifying' someone even that is not perfect.
i have also used the Central one to help renew contract, and they follow up pretty well.
