中醫話m後体溫不能維持最少36.7,便很難著床，也是子宮冷！

我個中醫都係講最少要36.7, 但我已經到咗哩個温度, 但仍未成功.

My body temperature is quite low, during M come was around 36.20, i can reach 36.7 few days only. How about you?

係m期間, 我既temp 都有36.7左右, 係排卵期就36.4-5咗右, 過咗排就一直保持36.7以上. 有d sister 都話我既體温偏高, 唔係咁好. 今日問我個中醫, 佢話高唔代表係唔好, 唔可以將温度同人地作比較, 因為36.7度哩過數字, 我同你都代表著唔同既意思.

若果有咗bb, 體温會係36.7 -37哩個高温期, 若果由排卵日維持到16日到係高温, 咁就有bingo既可能性.

中醫角度話, 女人正常體温要有一段時間保持係36.5以上, 若果好多時都係36.5以下, 咁就証明個子宮虛寒.
