我阿b四口無大便??

我的bb是吃人奶及奶粉的,早陣子由奶奶開始湊,不知是否跟平日吃奶的時間不同,以至bb未有大便.???

after i go back to work, my bb has 2 times formula & 4 times mama milk a day. she always 1 time ngng a day, but sometimes 2-3 day no ngng, and it make she more difficult to ngng and get a red face when ngng

she drink S-26, which brand your b drink.
i think S-26 make she no ngng ?-(

Hi! most of our babies here are drinking mama milk, no formular! so you can also try to pump as much as more milk for stock. I think her ng ng's problem is because S-26. see below for your info , and do you have any difficulties in pumping milk ? please share so we can help you.

母乳教學﹕看嬰兒大便知健康

【明報專訊】初為人母，最關心的都是嬰兒是否吃得足夠、大小便是否正常。大便是反映嬰兒身體健康的其中一個信號，細心的媽咪可以從嬰兒的大便，得知寶寶健康是否正常。有關大便的問題，我作為一名母乳媽媽，希望可以將自己的經驗跟大家分享 ﹕

顏色及質感

初生嬰兒剛出生後第一次大便，是一種較黏、墨綠色、無臭的物質，名為胎便，通常在生下 24 小時內排出。第三、四天時大便會轉為棕綠色，第四天大便即為疏鬆帶黏液的黃綠便，第五天後大便會依餵食的種類和次數不同而異。一般來說，嬰兒大便的顏色由青黃色、黃棕色至綠色皆是正常，但如果是灰色、白色或淺黃色便須留意。

以母乳餵哺的嬰兒，大便顏色多是金黃色，像牙膏一樣軟，稍有酸臭味，間中見細小顆粒，糊狀或稀便如腹瀉狀，都是常有現象，毋須擔心，且分量不多，一天可有多次排便（而餵奶粉的寶寶大便顏色是黃棕色，大便會較硬）。本人曾在醫院及健康院內見過一張大便識別單張，內有不同大便的相片供父母參考，如有需要可向職員查問。

排便的次數

一般未滿月的嬰兒，每天大便次數可能多達 10 次，但若精神健康、體重正常增加，則不屬肚瀉現象。嬰兒滿月後，母乳餵哺的嬰兒因母乳較易消化吸收，有時多天，甚至 1 星期才大便 1 次，只要大便質地軟，嬰兒沒有腹脹或哭鬧不安，且小便量正常，體重有增加的話，則毋須太擔心。嬰兒其實不一定每天都有大便，每個嬰兒大便的習慣都各有不同。

便秘與腹瀉

嬰兒的食物會直接影響排便的次數和大便的質感，父母要多注意嬰兒的日常飲食。若嬰兒大便乾硬，排出時有困難，便表示嬰兒有便秘情

先多謝你呀!!你和GLAD一樣咁helpful呀!!
因為怕在公司 toilet pump出來的奶污"joe"& 唔多唔少有d覺得煩

,所以pump的奶都沒有帶回家,有時我會飲咗佢,有時就倒掉. bb 日頭要飲奶粉law

Thanks for your comments,
i wish i can help the mothers whatever
i can, i am only the experienced mother
and i hope i can support here, as i
understand, when we speak out of the
encouragment, we can actually help
a life( a baby's health), so why not!

regarding your problem, i am also pumping
my milk in the toilet, but before you touch
your pump, you should ensure your hands
are clean; so i will wash my hands before,
and then when opening the door by 隔住 tissue.
