The landlord will not sue you at all if you use the 2 month rental deposit to pay for your last 2 month rent. Actually, one of the reason for rental deposit is a safety to the landlord if ever a chance that you don't can't pay rent.
But if you can't pay more than 2 month rent, then in this case the landlord can find their way (legally) to ask for your rental payment.

Sorry, I would like to tell you that it is not 雞同蛋問題. It is the Hong Kong rental law. It write clearly what you shuld do or not to protect both sides.
P.S. Please check your terms in your contract before you do that. It is because the standard one usually require 1 month notice when you want to move out. If you assume 其實你唔交last一個月,業主都知咩事,
=> 業主 can deduce 1 month rent as you haven't give 1 month notice before you move out.
