我book了package係11月尾會到brisbane視察一吓，其實今次唔會stay好耐，只是3日，不過想visit唔同的suburb睇吓，如埋想去central link攪medicare的東西。

其實我想問我今次過來好唔好攪埋medi care、開tax file...到時我會有個不太熟的朋友佢可以借個地址比我。不過佢可能遲d會搬。其實需唔需要申請定。如果申請後佢搬在會唔會有影響。同埋如果我最後唔係在brisbane settle的話有無特別影響？

why you need to do medicare, centre link stuff if you are not stay here now?

Also why need to rush for TFN?

其實唔係rush，不過只想問吓需唔需要整定先，因為依家有些時間，驚到時如果真係land時會有好多嘢攪，而且又會大住兩個女，所以睇吓有咩依家可以整，咪整在先。

you are only stay 3 days, don't waste time to quene up at centre link and medicare. you can apply TFN online, so do it when you are here.

also, when you fill in the form for centre link, you need tell them weather you own the house or rent it, if rent, how much is it and need to provide lease agreement etc.

moreover, once you applied FTB A or B from centre link, you need to inform them if you leave the country for more than a certain of period (I forgot exactly)

so, forget the centre link stuff. focus on your main purpose...visit唔同的suburb.
