Rear Car crashed the Front Car,
(1)Always the rear car driver's mistake(Judging the distance
with front car);
(2)Location: 3rd Car blocked the road, you cut the right line
immediately without watch your car right side???????
Or Keep a distance then slowly cut to the right line????
(3)The lorry driver experience the same cases or not?
Check any accident records for past one year through
its car no. at transportation dept. only HKD40.-
(wait for a short time)
So that is 50% / 50%
If you are charged, only lost money , no need go
to the Jail ka, no need to worry again, remember
the above points
(2)I cut the line immediately WITH watch my car right side;
(3)I know nothing about the lorry driver (don't know his name, his ID no., his tel. no.)
I do want to check the lorry's pass records, but due to it's not a private car, maybe HE is not the only driver, then does it useful to check it? Please advice!
Besides, I'm quite worried about the fine and how much do I need to pay for the insurance if I failed in the court.
