Can try Viceroy Restaurant at Sun Hung Kai Centre. They got the dinner buffet for Italian, Vietnamese and Indian dishes and can see the firework there. This restaurant also got some outdoor seats which should be very nice to see firwork provided the weather is not too cold. It cost HK$268 each.
