渣打ELN苦主--有claim form 寄來,大家收到嗎?
i got proof of claim fr scb.. need to be filled in and return by 11 sept.

i need to made the claim as an independent investor..

so my question is, if i fill in the form and return to scb..= scb no longer has responsiblity about my ELN?
