You can do it by yourself, no need to use the agent if finished contract. The maid will tell you how to do.

I spent $3,500 to hire my current Phil maid and I share the cost 50:50 with her (so, i just paid $1,750).

Remember to ask the maid to share the cost to secure her commitment, otherwise, she may still keep looking for a better job after you signed her.
