better not to do so, as under one years old, infant has difficulty to digest honey, as it is a very complicated substance.. also, if you mix it with water hotter than 70C (degree), Honey will separate into different part.. but the bad thing is.. bad substance which cause intoxication.
If your infant suffered from constipation, you better introduce banana, or prune, increase the fluid intake, slightly increase the fibre consumption like introduce rice cereal mix with your breast milk or formula (milk powder).
